Privacy Policy

Account data: email and password hash for your site account. Order data: purchased items, amounts, currency, payment method and status. Game credentials: login, password and one-time codes required for fulfillment — handled as high-sensitivity secrets (see section 3).

Technical data: logs necessary for security and operation of the service. We never store full bank card details; card payments are processed by the payment provider.

To fulfill orders, process payments, provide support, send transactional notifications (order created, paid, started, completed, refund events) and to operate the referral program.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except the processors required to run the service (hosting, database, payment providers, email and messaging delivery, screen-share infrastructure).

Game logins, passwords and verification codes are encrypted with a key stored outside the database, are accessible only to the operator assigned to the order, are never written to logs, emails or Telegram, and are permanently deleted after order completion or after a short fixed retention period, whichever comes first.

Credential access is audited (who accessed, when, for which order) without recording the secrets themselves.

Order history and receipts are kept while your site account exists. You may request account deletion via support; data required for tax or dispute obligations may be retained as required by law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. The Store responds within a reasonable timeframe.

The Store uses strictly necessary storage for session, language and currency preferences. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
