Terms of Service

Genshin.inc (the "Store") sells digital top-up services for the game Genshin Impact. The Store is an independent merchant and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to HoYoverse. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Orders are fulfilled by an operator who logs into the buyer's Genshin Impact account and completes the purchase while the buyer watches a live screen share. By placing an order you confirm that you are the owner of the game account or are authorized to use it.

The final price, currency and all applicable fees are displayed at checkout before payment. An order is created only after the buyer confirms the checkout; fulfillment begins after the payment is confirmed.

The Store may decline or cancel an order, for example if payment is reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or if the buyer-provided account data is invalid. In that case any received funds are handled per the Refund Policy.

For fulfillment you provide your game account login and password. Credentials are encrypted, accessible only to the operator assigned to your order, never written to logs or messages, and deleted after completion or after a short fixed retention period, whichever comes first.

If the game requests a one-time verification code, the Store will ask you for it during fulfillment through your protected order page. The Store never asks for codes in advance via email or messengers.

You are responsible for securing your account after fulfillment. We recommend changing your game password once the order is completed.

You must provide accurate account, server and contact information. You must not use the Store for fraudulent payments or accounts you do not own.

Game publishers may have their own rules regarding third-party top-ups. You acknowledge that you use the Store at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. The Store is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or actions of the game publisher.

The Store may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
